Back to the canopy frame. I deburred the two 0.063 aluminum strips that join the flanges of the canopy frame channels and then clecoed the frame back together. The large angles that will be used to bolt the frame to the fuselage were then clamped to each end of the frame and two holes were drilled for keeper rivets. The angles overlap each other and the channels a certain way, and I had one of the ends backwards when I drilled the holes for the keeper rivets. I caught the error and redrilled such that one end will have 4 keeper rivets instead of 2. No big deal but I'm glad I caught it at this point rather than after I had riveted the angles together and was trying to bolt the frame to the fuselage.
