I spent today working on the elevator trim. The first thing I did was clean, alodine, and prime the servo attach brackets, access plate, and rudder stops. Once the primer was dry I riveted the servo brackets to the access plate and then bolted the servo to the brackets. I then installed the trim tab and servo assembly and tested the movement using a 9V battery. I had to trim the slot for the pushrod to allow full movement.
