Brief Description: Drill Seat Backs to #30; Debur / Alodine
Today I drilled all of the seat back holes to #30. I also marked the tops of the vertical support angles so I ccould trim and radius them again to be flush with the tops of the seat backs. Everything was then taken apart, deburred, edge prepped, cleaned, and alodined. I also removed the center eyelets of the bottom hinges for easy pin inserts/removals.
