Once the seat back braces were done I cut 2 hinge pins 1" longer than the braces and bent a 1" 90 degree handle for easy inserts/removal. My final task for the day was to cut all of the seat back support angles. I started using my little Harbor Freight cutoff saw but it started overheating. I moved on to the dremel tool with a cutoff wheel but that took way too long. I ended up just using a good old hacksaw. Quick and easy. Once all of the angles were cut I did some initial deburring of the ends on the scotchbrite wheel.
