Brief Description: Install Nutplate; Begin Seat Backs
After match drilling the tunnel cover to the right seat pan I removed the cover and seat pan. I then used my nutplate jig to drill the rivet holes in the seat pan. Everything was then deburred and dimpled and the nutplate riveted in place. I then moved on to the seat back braces. I was able to measure and trim the flanges of the braces before calling it a day.
