Brief Description:  Countersink F705; Tap Seat Ribs; Spacers

The next thing I focused on was countersinking the flanges of the F705 bulkhead where the doubler plate was located. I could dimple the rest of the flanges but not this area since the material was too thick. I also ran a tap through the nutplates on the outer seat ribs. The plans indicate this is necessary to loosen the fit of the screws on these ribs since they are so close to the side skins and it would be tough to get enough torque on a screwdriver to install these without stripping the heads of the screws. Next I fabricated the 2 tubular spacers that fit in between the 2 F704 center section bulkheads.
