Brief Description: Right Wing - Rivet Bottom Skins
Matt is spending the weekend with us. He will be picking up his son Mikhail at the Baltimore airport tomorrow. It is great having him here. We had a great time working together closing up the right wing. Stevie even helped out by working the cleco pliers and putting rivets in each hole. Matt did all of the shooting and I sacrificed my arms and wrists reaching through the lightening holes in the ribs to buck. We started with the inboard skin and worked our way outboard. This really wasn't difficult with 2 people. The hardest part was reaching some of the rivets along the rear spar and wrestling with the flopping skins. Things got easier as we went along. The outboard skin was much easier than the inboard skin since it is much thinner and easier to peel back.
