I think I like the double flush riveted trailing edges over the folded trailing edges. This technique was much easier than everyone on the RV-List made it out to be and the final result is a nice, crisp, straight trailing edge. The first thing I did was remove all of the extra proseal from the rivet holes using Acetone. Then I used the hand squeezer to paritally set all of the trailing edge rivets, starting with every 10th hole or so and working back and forth to keep everything straight. Then I broke out the back riveting plate and the rivet gun with a mushroom set and finished setting all of the rivets. The shop heads of the double flush rivets turned out great and the trailing edge is straight as an arrow.
