I finished drilling the right counterbalance pipe to the right forward skin today. Once again I drilled these to #40 first and then enlarged them to #30. Once the right aileron was done, I clecoed the left aileron back together and enlarged the bottom skin-to-spar holes to #30 since these will be blind-riveted with CS4-4 rivets. I then took everything apart and cut little access holes in the inboard end ribs. These are needed to bolt the aileron attach brackets on. I used the dremel tool to cut these holes and then to debur and polish the edges.
