Brief Description:  Debur, Dimple, Flute Flap Ribs and Spars

I dimpled the end ribs. The flanges on the trailing ends could only be done using the vice grip dimpling tool. I also dimpled the tops of the spars. This ended up warping the spars so I had to flute the tops of the spars as well. This brought them back into alignment. I was worried about this since I couldn't flute the bottom of the spars because the flutes would interfere with the hinges but since the only the tops of the spars were dimpled, only the tops needed to be fluted to straighten them out. I then removed the plastic from the 8 center ribs and deburred and dimpled these ribs. I also drilled out the single hole in each of the trailing edge flange of each of these ribs to #30. These were all prepunched to #40 for some reason but require AN470 rivets. I also drilled the little shims to the trailing edges of these ribs. All of the shims, ribs, and spars were then etched with my dremel etching tool so I know how everything goes back together after priming.
