Brief Description: Cleco and Match Drill Left Flap
I measured a line on the flap hinge to allow the minimum edge distance on the hinge with the hope that when it comes time to mount the flaps to the wing, I will have sufficient play on the other flange of the hinge to align the trailing edge of the flap to the trailing edge of the ailerons. I centered the line on the hinge underneath the pre drilled holes in the spar and skins, clamped everything in place, and then carefully drilled the hinge to the spar. Once this was done I clecoed the top skin on and then match drilled the skins to the ribs and spars.
