Brief Description: Prep Gap Faiirings; Prime Flap Fairings
It took a lot of time to debur all of the lightening holes in the flap gap fairings. I used a scotchbrite wheel in the die grinder for this. All of the other edges were done by hand though - Edge deburring tool, emery cloth, followed by red scotchbrite pad. Once everything was deburred I dimpled the aileron gap fairings as well as the corresponding top skins. Then I washed and primed the flap gap fairings. I was also hoping to Alumaprep and prime the aileron gap fairings but that will have to wait until tomorrow.
