Brief Description: Rivet Right Leading Edge - Bottom
I drove up to New York this weekend in order to help my brother Matt start his engine on his Lancair for the first time. What a great weekend!!! Matt let me do the honors. Mixture rich, master switch on, fuel pump on, turn the key, and his engine fired right up. Very exciting! I can't wait until my plane is ready! I also took my right leading edge up to New York with me and a fair number of tools. Ben has such a nice workshop, it was very easy securing the leading edge to his bench and going to town. It only took Ben and I two hours to rivet everything, which included time to show his kids how to work the cleco pliers!
