Brief Description: Countersink the Bottom Spar Flange
I spent today giving my countersink a workout. I was able to countersink all of the rivet holes along the bottom flange of the Front spar. The dimpled skins should fit nicely. I used my scrap piece of aluminum clecoed to the back of the flange as an extra guide for the countersink pilot bit. I also used my other "test" skin that has several different sized dimpled holes in it to make sure the countersinks were the correct depth.
