Brief Description:  Rivet Z-Bracket Nutplates to Spar

I bucked the rivets to fasten the 3 nutplates that will be used to secure the inboard fuel tank Z-bracket to the spar today. This wasn't very easy because of the close proximity to the spar reinforcement plate. It would make sense to use blind rivets here.
