Brief Description: Debur / Dimple Top of Ribs & Rear Spar
I spent today deburring and dimpling the top flanges of the ribs and rear spar. The right angle drill with a deburring bit and the pneumatic squeezer with the dimple dies made quick work of this. I did have to countersink some of the holes in the rear spar where the reinforcement plates are attached, but there were only a handful of these. Once this was done, I used the hand squeezer to set the forward-most rivets in the top flanges of the ribs to the front spar for the inboard-most ribs where the fuel tank screw on. The entire left wing skeleton is now ready for the main skins.
