Brief Description: Cleco & Drill Leading Edge to Wing
Once the leading edge was all clecoed together in the cradle it was just a matter of lifting it out and clecoing it to the front spar. Everything lined up perfectly. Once this was clecoed in place I match drilled the skins to the ribs and the front spar. The final thing for today was forming the coupler strip that will be used to connect the leading edge and the fuel tank. It was a tight fit sliding the strip between the inboard rib of the leading edge and the skin. I spent some time lining everything up and then clecoing and drilling this piece to the leading edge skin and inboard rib. Next up...the fuel tank.
