Brief Description:  Countersink Counterbalance & Other Parts

I machine countersunk the E-714 lead counterbalance today. Also, I inadvertently dimpled both edges of the spar for the trim tab when I should have countersunk the top edge and dimpled the bottom edge. The top edge needs to be countersunk because of the hinge for the trim tab. Fortunately, the E-606 spar for the trim tab is the same for the 6A as it is for the 7A so I was able to use the one from the 6A empennage kit that I bought several years ago and never finished. The only thing that I am not quite sure about is the flutes that I needed in order to straighten the spar. I hope this doesn't become a problem when it comes time to rivet the hinge in place.
