Brief Description:  Debur, Dimple Skin; Drill Counterbalance

I deburred the right elevator skin tonight and then dimpled all of the holes. The pop rivet dimple dies were used to dimple the holes along the trailing edge. David helped me dimple all of the other holes using the Avery C-Frame. He held the skin apart while I adjusted the skin from hole to hole and whacked away with the mallet. I also clecoed the E-703 and E-704 ribs together. The E-714 lead weight was then put into position and the E-713 counterbalance skin clecoed around the entire assembly. I had to run to Sears to get some cutting oil to drill the #12 holes through the lead. This worked great. I can see that this would be very difficult without the oil.
