Drill, Debur, & Countersink Side Hinges
Next I measured and cut the side hinges and drilled them to the firewall flanges. The side hinges were then deburred, countersunk, and clecoed back to the fuselage.
Left side hinge drilled to firewall flange
Right side hinge drilled to firewall flange
Side hinges deburred and countersunk
