Brief Description: Drill Holes for Wires in Sub-Panel/Support Channel
I wish I had been thinking about wiring from the beginning of my project. It sure would have made running wires through bulkheads, channels, etc much easier if I had drilled all of the holes prior to riveting everything together. Oh well, I'll know for my next plane!
I drilled a couple of 7/8" holes in the sub panel and support channel for the transponder antenna as well as other wires that will route to the aft portion of the plane such as the headset wires, flap wires, and elevator trim wires.
