Brief Description: Measure / Mark for Duckworks Cutout
Today I decided to start working on installing the landing and taxi lights. Since I have the older wing tips, there is not much room to install anything but the position lights and strobes in the tips. I could make a bigger cutout in the fiberglass but I decided to go with the Duckworks kits in the leading edge of the wings instead.
I started by cutting out the paper template and measuring where to tape it onto the wing. The cutouts will be made in the outboard most bay of each wings leading edge. I traced the area to cutout onto the leading edge and removed the template.
