Brief Description: Prep Work to Install Wing Tip Rib
Tonight I finished up the prep work for installing the right wing tip rib. I finally received the #6 screw-type dimple dies from Avery tools to dimple those final 3 holes that I couldn't access with the pneumatic squeezer by the aileron bracket. Next I used the microstop countersink without the cage to countersink the rivet holes in the fiberglass tip. Then I deburred the wing tip rib and shims, cleaned everything with Acetone, and alodined all of the surfaces that will be in contact with each other.
