It became a very iterative process to get the canopy frame to fit satisfactorily to the fuselage. It's definitely not perfect but it's the best compromise of gaps along the sides verses the middle of the frame. I can see that I will need to tap into my brothers Lancair fiberglassing skills to make this perfect down the road. The iterative part involved the continual trimming of the gap seal, the deepending of the slots in the sub panel for the gooseneck hinges, the rounding of the tops and edges of the hinges themselves, and the bending of the canopy frame to get everything to fit."Final" fit was held in place with duct tape.
