Brief Description: Attach nut plates to fwd cowling (38-07)
I first final sized all the holes to #19. Second I used a tapped out nutplate and used the screw from the inside to hold the nut plate on the outside. I then used the nutplate as the guide to drill the #40 holes…adding clecos as I went. Once I was done drilling the #40 holes I tossed the tapped nutplate, I then countersunk the holes for the flush rivets. Everything looks like it fits up nicely.
