I had about all the fun I could stand with this Empennage Fairing so went camping/boating for a couple of weeks. It was nice to get away but now comes the reality of attempting to get a perfect finish on this fairing. I marked all the areas that still had pinholes or needed additional shaping/finishing. Take a look at the pencil markings of all the areas that still need work. After two more times of filling/sanding, I have only two pinholes left. I’ll add straight epoxy with hardener and no microbeads; sand that small area; reprime with normal primer and call it as close to perfect as I can get it.
