After lots of “messaging” I finally got both the ramps, brackets, braces and air dams clecoed, in-place. The next steps are to bend and cut the ramps to fit the lower cowl. There are no instructions or dimensions on how to do this and I don’t have a clue. The instructions are very similar to when I installed the rear bulkhead…it said” Bend it until it feels good!” At that time, I remember saying to myself, “I’m going to fly this thing at 200 MPH, maybe upside down and the building instruction says ‘Bend it until it feels good’!” I’m going to have to see how everybody installed these front air ramp baffles before I do anything else. Looks like I’m done for the day.
