Brief Description:  Constant Speed Propeller Bulkhead Assembly

It’s FINALLY time to install the Hartzell Constant Speed Propeller! Once I sorted all the parts to assemble the spinner bulkhead, the first task was to match-drill #30 rivet holes on the spinner bulkhead plate with a doubler ring to trace the inside perimeter of the doubler head onto the Spinner Plate. After drilling, deburring and clecoing the holes; I cut out the hatched area of the Spinner Plate (Pic 2). I also marked a center line on the flange of the Spinner Plate. I drilled access holes and used my Jig Saw to cut out the plate (Pic 3).
