Brief Description: Re-Installing Rubber Baffle Seals on Lower Cowl
I decided to replace the rubber seals I initially installed on the lower cowl intake. I didn’t have very good instructions on my first attempt, and learned from my mistakes. Fortunately, I had enough rubber seal material from my last Aircraft Spruce order to replace the seals on the cowl and to fix an obvious air leak issue I created on the aft corners of my engine baffles. The pictures below show the new cowl intake seals and the final fiberglass build-up work I did to make the upper and lower cowls mate properly.
