Today, I removed the clecoed lovers, made a bending jig, then bent the tabs approximately 450. Next, I riveted the louvers onto the lower cowling. Unfortunately, I scratched the paint on the louvers while using a bucking bar, but will soon repaint the entire insides of the upper and lower cowlings with a real “aircraft” paint instead of the cheap spray can engine enamel from the automotive parts store.
