Today, I drilled the louver slot, end-holes with a step-down drill unibit. The final end radius for each of the slot holes is 13/16”, so I drilled from the top to one size smaller, then drilled from the bottom to the final size. This “cleaned-up” the holes in the fiberglass nicely. I also marked the cutout lines between the end slot holes and will cut those out tomorrow.
