It took several hours to lay out the baffle seal templates onto the rubber seal material to make sure waste was kept to a minimum. Once I got everything laid and marked, I tried to use a heavy-duty scissors but ended up using my tin snips to make all the cuts. As I’m finding in many cases, VANs did not include enough rubber material to make all the seals. I will have to order more rubber to seal around the intakes but did have enough to complete the main baffles.
