Brief Description: Fabricate/Trim the Front Engine Baffles (Cont.)
These pictures show the final cut lines for the front baffles after 26 reiterations to finally get these right. This has been very time consuming and frustrating. After the final cut lines were made so the baffles were flush with the upper cowling when installed, I used a compass to mark an additional 3/8 inch cut line for the rubber seals clearances.
