Brief Description:  Installed Right Inlet Floor Heater Flange & Heat M

I marked the right, lower inlet floor to drill the openings for the heat muff hose flange and a hole for a plastic blast tube for the alternator (1st pic). After I drilled the holes, I attached the heat muff hose and inserted a short blast tube to cool the alternator. I wasn’t certain where the best place to mount the blast tube for maximum cooling but decided to use a plastic, 90 degree plumbing fitting I purchased from a hardware store and connect the blast tube to the back of the alternator mounting brace with a hose clamp (2nd & 3rd pic’s). I directed the air from the blast tube into a small internal cooling fan in the alternator. This should work well.
