Brief Description: Cut, Fit, Bend the Front-Center Baffles (Cont.)
These 3 pictures show the angle brackets I had to fabricate in addition to the two brackets I relocated to the front of the baffles. This leaves room for the air filter and fiberglass snorkel that gets mounted on the left-outboard ramp (CB-1002A). I re-drilled with a #30 bit, deburred and riveted the angle brackets to the ramps; but not the front-center baffles. I didn’t rivet to the front-center baffles because all these baffles have to be trimmed and repainted once I get the air filter and snorkel assemblies fabricated, cut and final fit.
