Now, I need to trim and both side baffles (CB-1009A & CB-1003A) so they come in at an angle to the outside edge of the lower cowl intake flanges. I have to take into account that the side baffles (CB-1009A & CB-1003A) have to be bent inward at the angle I cut the outboard edges of the floor-baffles. In the 3rd picture I am marking both the vertical bend lines and the cut-off lines on the side baffles. I only had a few hours to work today, but I did get the bottom floor-baffles cut to final length including the side angles.
