Brief Description:  Windscreen Final Fiberglass Filler and Sealing (Co

After I had the fiberglass as good as I could get it, I filled any remaining minor low areas and pinholes with automotive Bondo and lightly sanded with 150 grit sandpaper followed with Scotchbrite Pads. I sprayed on automotive filler/primer and sanded with 180 grit sandpaper to remove any irregularities. Finally, I sprayed on three coats of primer/sealer and lightly sanded with Scotchbrite pads after each coat.

Although the interior hangar light reflections cause distortions, these three pictures show the curved transitions are smooth, the inside and outside radiuses are gradually shaped, and the sides are vertically and horizontally straight; as if this was all done in shaped aluminum.

I'm very pleased with the final result.
