Brief Description:  Windscreen Fiberglass Work

After I did the initial fiberglass layup, I expected things to go smoothly, but sometimes things don’t necessarily work out that way. I managed to injure my back, again, so it looks like the next three or four months I’ll only be able to work on the RV a couple hours every other day. I’m finding sanding fiberglass is not conducive to healing a back injury, but I’ll do my best. I’d really like to hang my engine this summer, but unfortunately, that may not happen. These pictures show the low and high spots, pin-holes and pits in the initial fiberglass lay-up which will to be filled in with microbeads and sanded numerous time over the next few months.
