Before I move onto fiberglassing the windscreen, I did a little more work on the main wheel pants and the nosewheel pants. I reinforced all the areas inside the wheel pants which attach to bracing to preclude cracking as the gear flex during landings and takeoff. I also reshaped the wheel openings and reshaped the initial cutouts I made to mate the front and aft halves of the pants. I’m getting a little bit better at fiberglass work but I still don’t like doing it.
