What a remarkable feeling! I gently turned her over and now she sits on her own main gear. I have the tail supported by a stand on wheels since she is a taildragger without the nose gear installed or the weight of the engine to bring the nose down. I bought a couple of car dollies to put under the gear so I can still easily move the plane around from side to side to get access to various sides of my garage. The black paint is not perfect, I have more orange peel than I would like, but at least its on the bottom!
I'm really happy about choosing the larger tires, it sure looks good to me.
