Brief Description:  Painting Fuselage Belly

Finally starting to get some momentum again. I have also been able to rent a hanger, so I've been a bit preoccupied getting it cleaned up, painted the floor, installed additional lighting, etc. Meanwhile...

The belly paint came out ok, the primer dust specks gave it occassional tiny bumps, and I've got more orange peel than I wished as I had trouble with the spray gun at first (I've got to just man up and put the paint on... I ran it too thin because I was terrified of runs, so I got a little orange peel instead). Live and Learn! I also polished the main landing gear, I think it is going to look great in contrast to the black belly! I also prepped the handful of small parts that I need to paint so I can install the gear, plus I might as well get the flaperon mixer in protective chromate while I'm prepping. I started polishing the alumium wheel rims as well, gonna look good!
