Somewhere in the dark, dusty recessed of my mind I think I remembered a previous builder recommending installing this jewel BEFORE you install the seat back. DO IT !! I got to scrunch into the access/inspection belly hatch and accomplish the fitting, drilling, and riveting in this lovely postion. I've decided to call this new yoga position the "Sweaty Builder."
