Brief Description:  Rearranged the garage and pulled out the canopy.

We have to wait until the work week begins to try to find someone to weld the aft bows on the canopy frame. We have given up trying to make the frame perfect but we think we are close enough to make it work ok. On Monday I'll take the frame to a weld shop about a 1 1/2 miles from our house. The owner is an airplane guy who flys a Boeing Stearman so I think he'll be happy to weld it for me.

We decided to get out the bubble canopy which has been stored in one of our bedrooms with a lot of other temperature sensitive items and parts. The weather here in Central Texas has been breaking temp records since the second week of June and shows no signs of letting up. We are in what is called an "Exceptional" drought which is the worst catagory. Hot weather is a good time to work with the plexiglass canopy. We rearranged the garage to put our work benches side by side to support the canopy bubble. Charlotte now can't get her car in the garage. I will cover it with my truck cover to keep the direct sun rays off the paint but it will still be hot!!!
