Finished dimpling spars and ribs. Countersunk the lower 10 holes in the rear spar doubler to match the dimples in the spar channel.
Dimpled spars and ribs. Countersunk doulbler holes to match dimpled rear spar for flush rivets. Very tricky to know if I've countersunk too much or not enough for a good fit with the dimples on the spar. I measured the thickness of the 426-4-6 rivet head at .040" and then countersunk to .042", I think. Hope the dlimples seat into the countersinks when I squeeze the rivets.
