Brief Description:  Adjusted the right side bow before welding the bo

The right side bow needed some adjustment in the middle. It needed to come out slightly (about 1/8") to be the 1/16" inside the side skin. We used a long hardwood 4"x4" oak piece to form a bridge and an 8" C-clamp to make the bend. We tried about two complete turns on the clamp and held it for about 5 minutes to no avail. The side bow went right back to its original shape. I then said, "Let's give it 2 1/2 turns on the clamp and see what happens". Well at the 2 1/2 turns there was a barely audible "Klink" noise and then I saw the small crimp. It's not a big crimp but it is there. We measured again and found that it was now within the 1/16" inside the side skin. It is visible but is should be ok.

Oh well, it matches the small crimp in the left bow!!! Hope everything comes back within specs after we get the aft bows welded.
