Brief Description: Rivit baffles and install gussets to baffles
Started off with running the ignition wires to the correct spark plugs and then attaching the pass thru protection for them
Removed the two front baffle corners and rivited on the front baffles to the ramps
Measured and cut to length the two conical gussets. Tweeked the bend radis to fit nice and then laid out the rivit line top and bottom of each gusset. Then drilled them debur and machine countersink for flush rivits. Rivited them inplace with combination of squeezer and rivit gun as required.
Installed and cut to length two air blast tubes for the magnitos. will still need to secure the aft ends in position to blow on the magnito.
Removed a oil drain plug. Letting it drip and tomorrow i will install the quick drain that I purchased from ACS.
Safety wired the Oil temp probe.
Nylon ignition pass thru protector installed each side
Intake ramp conical gussets fitted , drilled, and rivited
