Brief Description:  left skirt- fill in aft 9 drilled rivit holes

1. I was not happy with how the skirt was laying up against the fuse skin in the aft area and determined that some of the problem was due to the misaligned drilled holes and then forcing the skirt to lign up. This caused a bow in the fiberglass where it should be flat against the skin. So, I removed the skirt and epoxied a strip of BID glass on back side to cover the 9 holes. I then sanded the area after about 4 hours of drying since I used the fast cure hardner. On the outer side, I mixed some epoxy with cotton flox and filled the holes. I hope this works ok on some of the holes that are only slightly off and will be redrilled in nearly the same spot and countersunk. Im not real sure how much I need to reinforce so that the rivit wont pull through.
