Brief Description:  canopy cut and fit -4

Today the goal was to get the canopy trimmed up to sit down on the rollbar and frame bow. Was succesful but found that I need to do some more work inorder to get the bubble to clamp better to the lower section of bow and roll bar. There is still a gap in that area and pulling the sides in tighter will affect how the front sits down on the upper skin.
Made several trim cuts on the front end until it sat down properly. I also moved the bubble aft nearly an inch from the original refrence line.
Made a trim cut around the sides and aft .
Made reliefs where the canopy hits the frame braces and where the handle attaches using a drum sander on the dremel. Also did the required sanding after each cut.

Also made a cardboard template of the rollbar to sandwich between the rollbar and the bow to use as a refrence line for cutting away the windscreen.

Hope to make the big cut tomorrow.
