Brief Description: dwg 44 detail A and chapter 9-2
1. The plans say to bore holes 1/4 inch deep an the back side of C-806 anchor block but a 1/4 is not deep enough. Maybe Im not reading it correctly but they need to be bored 1/2 inch deep for the screws supplied. It ends up being 1/4 undrilled from the front side. Maybe thats what they were trying to say? So I bored the holes 1/2 inch. 2. To make washers fit, I had to file them down to decrease the overall diameter for them to fit in the 5/16 hole that was bored. I had one done already from previous session so I did the other and installed. I then press fit the lock nuts in the two holes with a hammer and punch. 3. Installed the block in the receptical and to the F807 bulkhead with the two screws. The canopy frame operation works though a bit tight in the anchor block when closed all the way. But It seems to work fine.

Washers and nuts press fit into the ancholr block
Anchor block installed on to aft side of F807 bulkhead. Not canopy frame is closed
