Brief Description:  dwg 44 detail A and chapter 9-2

1. The plans say to bore holes 1/4 inch deep an the back side of C-806 anchor block but a 1/4 is not deep enough. Maybe Im not reading it correctly but they need to be bored 1/2 inch deep for the screws supplied. It ends up being 1/4 undrilled from the front side. Maybe thats what they were trying to say? So I bored the holes 1/2 inch.
2. To make washers fit, I had to file them down to decrease the overall diameter for them to fit in the 5/16 hole that was bored. I had one done already from previous session so I did the other and installed. I then press fit the lock nuts in the two holes with a hammer and punch.
3. Installed the block in the receptical and to the F807 bulkhead with the two screws.
The canopy frame operation works though a bit tight in the anchor block when closed all the way. But It seems to work fine.

I have another session to view from today as well
