Brief Description:  Drill fwd baggage door hinge

Rivited the left and right fwd upper skin braces on
Cleco on the fwd upper skin with a zillion clecos again

Cut a piece of styrofoam house sheet thats 3/4 thick to fit in chanel taht the baggage door hinge is attached to. It was too tight for the hinge to fit as well so I saved of the op of the foam with belt sander little at a time until it fit snug in the channel. The idea is to be tight enough to hold hinge in position for match drilling thru the upper skin.

Wilth door in position, I match drilled the rivit holes and clecoed.

There are some areas that I marked with a marker that I will need to sand off the door skin so that I have proper clearence in the edge for paint.

The foam may stay as it is a good water seal
